Jimmy Ruiz in Avengers/Ultra Force

Jimmy Ruiz is a character from Ultra Force (part of the Ultraverse, pending further research), but basically a crossover with the Avengers occurred that included him fighting Tony Stark in his tighty whtities, because he's more powerful outside his armor thanks to his battery-powers. 

A real boxers vs briefs showdown, unfortunately Tony wins (ugh).
