Bobby Drake in Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends 1x13

 The only time (that I know of) where Bobby is down to just his speedo in this show. He's usually fully dressed when he ices up. Here he and Peter are captured by Kraven the Hunter, and he's in a cage above a volcano. The heat is making him lose his cool (literally), and we see him in all his glory. Wish the show gave us more of that.
