Brian Braddock in Captain America #306

The villain Modred captures Captain Britain and takes his superpowered costume away. He leaves Brian in his tighty whities chained in a dungeon (very British place to keep someone), and Captain America soon joins him. But luckily through some teamwork they manage to escape, but not before serving plenty of Brian thirst panels.
