Matt Murdock and Hank Pym in Marvel Two-In-One #39

A rather slutty plan to defeat Thinker I must say. So Thinker wants to create an army of Visions, and manipulates Daredevil into helping him in exchange for the life of the Thing and this kid Eugene Everett. Ben is hypnotized and he and Daredevil go to Avengers Mansion, knock out Yellowjacket and Vision. However, Daredevil and Yellowjacket switch costumes, and surprise attack Thinker. 

Hank has the black brief on his Yellow Jacket suit (no idea how he fit his massive shoulder wing-things under the Daredevil suit, but okay), while Matt's just in his tighty whities and Hank's mask. We even get a cool fight scene out of it. Man I love comics like these...
