Steve Dayton in Doom Patrol #102

Not counting Robot Man who's always in a speedo it seems, and the background civilian, Mento tries to get Rita to marry him (weird), before he's promptly swatted by her, and beaten up by Robot Man. His robe is shredded and he's wearing a speedo. His one redeeming quality I guess.
